Recently, for the sake of taking a deep look at the ULTRA LUXURY market, I’ve been posting reports about price-per-square-foot. Located in one of the ultimate guard-gated neighborhoods in Henderson, Nevada, custom homes for sale in Ascaya are slim pickings these days. As of May 12, 2022, per the MLS, there were 3 custom home listings in Ascaya (that’s all the listings in the entire master-planned community). When crunching the stats of properties currently listed for sale on the Multiple Listing Service:
- Listing prices ranged from $5,999,999 to $13,500,000
- Average current days on market: 97
- Average listing price: $9,225,000
- One home was listed over $10 million
- Square footages ranged from 6,078 to 10,871
- Average price per square foot: $1,129
