Metros That Went Boom

As a licensed Broker/Salesperson in the state of Nevada, I take both the Henderson real estate market and Las Vegas real estate market quite seriously. With several West Coast metros being at the top of the most recent boom, these same metros are now changing fast. Some of the metros that led the post-pandemic boom were Boise Idaho, Greater Phoenix, and of course, Sin City. And just as they went crazy, they’re all adjusting as we speak. With inventory levels far greater today than they were when the latest U.S. Housing Market adjustment began (April 2022ish), it’s very important to work with a professional who will tell you like it is.
