As of April, 11, 2022, per the MLS, there were four Dragon Rock custom homes for sale. When speaking of luxury guard-gated communities in MacDonalds Highlands, Blue Heron’s Dragon Rock is one I almost ALWAYS mention. Out of the four Dragon Rock properties currently listed for sale on the Multiple Listing Service:
- Listing prices ranged from $5,600,000 to $15,500,000
- Average current days on market: 73
- Average listing price: $8,886,930
- Average price per square foot: $1,162.25
- Two properties were listed below $1,000 a square foot
- Square Footages ranged from 5,970 to 10,407 sq. ft.

As a longtime Realtor in Las Vegas, I fully understand Henderson’s master-planned, guard-gated community of MacDonald Highlands. With only 38 homes for sale in MacDonald Highlands as of the writing of this blog, I’d love to give you my opinion on what is overpriced and what is not.
