He Said, She Said
Over the past couple of months, the United States housing market has changed. Rising interest rates, stock crashes, and global uncertainty have led to increased inventory. You know what else has increased? Opinions. As a real estate broker of several decades, I don’t predict markets. Educate my clients on potentialities? Yes. Claim I know what the FED, crypto markets, etc. are going to do? No. Over the past 50 years, every single major shift in the housing market has been different. And here’s the thing, there are DOZENS of talking points on both sides of the coin. While gurus seem to exist in some kind of multiverse, there’s evidence of a crash yet also evidence of the market simply evening out. What I can tell you, as a Las Vegas real estate agent, I study a WIDE variety of factors. I know the inventory and community very well. In summary, while the recent market changes have caused gurus to find data so conflicting it must come from parallel worlds, I am down to earth. If that sounds good to you, feel free to reach out.
