Cello Tower Update

With over 40% of the building being reserved since its ‘soft launch’ back in November 2023, next week, prospective buyers at Cello Tower will be able to select their units! Hi everyone, Lynn Stringer here once again. I’m excited that Origin at Symphony Park is doing so well. In fact, over the last couple of months, I’ve written several blogs on the progress of all the new developments. This includes the announcement of the new Las Vegas Museum of Art coming to the area. As of next week, the developer will begin taking $10,000 refundable deposits. At this time, interested parties will make a unit selection. The biggest part of this is it allows early birds to lock in their purchase price! ‘Hard contract’ deposits of 20-25% are expected to begin around May or June of 2024. Being the first ‘residential-only’ high-rise condo tower since MGM MIRAGE CityCenter, this marks a milestone in Vegas history. Let’s be blunt, the 2008 crash really affected our city, so this is happy news. Below are more details on the project.

In Closing

As a luxury broker in Vegas, I am grateful for projects such as Origin and its Cello Tower. Like I said earlier, projects such as this haven’t happened for over a decade. Back in the 2008 era, we had many new high-rise condo buildings such as Veer Towers and Panorama Towers to sell. But then it all stopped. So to have condos for sale at Cello Tower is a blessing. And one I do not take for granted. With over 35 years experience in this business, I look forward to answering any questions you may have. I can be reached directly at 702-592-9841. I look forward to hearing from you.
