Cello Tower Update

It’s officially June! Lynn Stringer back with another update for Cello Tower. Recently, it was announced by the developer that they had sold 39 out of Cello Tower’s 240 units, valued at $67 million. That’s a big deal. Why? Why would this be significant? Because right now, the two first high-rise condo projects since the 2008 crash are well underway. These projects are Cello Tower at Origin and the Four Seasons Residences in MacDonald Highlands. Both of these projects offer a really unique opportunity. Today, I’m going to share some of the latest news about Cello Tower and its plan to break ground this fall. Here we are on June 1st, and it’s not that far away.

Latest Developments

This comes at an interesting time for Las Vegas. A recent report by Applied Analysis said that in Q1 2024, Las Vegas set its record for average sales price at $828,902. That is roughly a 42.5% increase over the first quarter of just two years ago.

The Cello Tower high-rise condominium project has made strides as it prepares to start construction this fall, ahead of a late 2026 opening. Here are the key points:

  • 39 units sold out of 240, valued at $67 million
  • 90 additional reservations
  • 240 units in a 32-story tower
  • Part of a mixed-use development in Symphony Park
  • Prices: Traditional units from upper $700,000s, penthouses from the low $7 millions
  • Competitive price per square foot compared to other high-rise condo projects in the valley
