One of the more luxurious neighborhoods in the overall masterplan of Summerlin, The Ridges enjoys a stellar location featuring incredible topography. Built around the Jack Nicklaus-designed Bear’s Best Golf Course, homeowners enjoy not only great views, yet also world-class privacy.
