The Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas offers a one-of-a-kind ‘real estate resort’ lifestyle. Located in MacDonald Highlands, the $1.3 high-rise project is designed by world renowned architecture firm Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG). When completed in 2026, there will be approx. 171 total condominiums, built in two towers. Featuring one 24- and one 25-story building the entire project will spoil residents with incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip and McCullough mountain range.

Pertaining to regular condo units, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floorplans range from approx. 2,300 to 7,300 sq. ft. Terraces on these properties range from approx. 500 to 5,000 square feet. As of May 2023 there were over $150 million in sales at the project. As of May 2023, two bedrooms start just above the $3 million mark. Penthouses can reach into the $30 million range (see below).

The ‘Junior Penthouses’ for sale at Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas range from approx. 4,500 to 5,500 square feet. The ‘Penthouses’ feature approx. 7,000 to 7,500 square feet of interior space. The outdoor areas on the junior and full penthouses range from approx. 1,200 to a whopping 4,000 square feet.
