Latest Red Rock Inventory Stats

The last time I did an inventory update for Red Rock Country Club was early August 2022. With all the changes going on in the Las Vegas and Henderson real estate markets, let’s see how the data from August compares to now shall we? Roughly two months ago, per the MLS, there were 27 Red Rock homes for sale ranging in price from $899,995 to $4,500,000. As of October 5th, 2022, there are 23 listings in the community ranging in price from $999,999 to $3,850,000.

What I’m Most Excited About

I’m most excited that inventory DECREASED. Since May 2022, for several reasons, the U.S. Housing Market has been going through a HARD correction. Las Vegas and Henderson have been impacted. At the end of the day, we all know it’s about location, location, location. Located next to all the action at Downtown Summerlin and the Red Rock National Conservation Area, Red Rock Country Club is one of the best places to live in the entire state.
