As the Las Vegas real estate market continues to change, I truly enjoy looking into the latest inventory. In our last One Queensridge Place inventory update back on May 2nd, 2002 there were 8 total units for sale. As of July 7th, 2022 there are 14 listings on the resale market. Out of the 14 listings available:
- Prices ranged from $925,000 to $4,599,987
- There were 2 listings above the $4 million mark
- There were 7 listings between the $1 and $2 million price points
- Square footages ranged from 2,062 to 5,635 square feet
