Kate woke up early on yet another Wednesday morning, ready to start her day off with a workout at Life Time Summerlin. She lived in a luxury apartment in Downtown Summerlin, and loved the convenience of being able to get to the gym in less than three minutes. Not to mention her office was also located in Downtown Summerlin! The apartment complex had a state-of-the-art fitness center, but Kate enjoyed the variety of classes and equipment at Life Time. Plus, it was a great way to start her day off on the right foot and clear her mind before a busy day at work.

As she headed to work, she grabbed a designer bagel and a latte at The Bagel Nook, a popular spot for breakfast in the area. Kate loved the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff at The Bagel Nook, and the designer bagels were always fresh and delicious. She loved living and working in Downtown Summerlin because there was always something to do, whether it was shopping at the outdoor mall, seeing a movie at the Regal Cinemas, or trying out a new restaurant like the trendy Bavette’s Steakhouse. Kate always joked with her coworkers that she lived in the “hip and happening” part of town, and they all agreed that Downtown Summerlin was the place to live, work, AND play.

It Gets Better!

After a long day at the office, Kate headed over to the spa at Red Rock Resort and Casino for a relaxing Swedish massage. She loved the peace and quiet of the spa, and always felt rejuvenated after her treatments. The therapists at Red Rock were always professional and attentive, and Kate always left feeling refreshed and pampered. As she was getting ready to leave, she overheard the receptionist telling a new client that they were fully booked for the next two weeks. Kate chuckled to herself and thought, “Welcome to the club! It’s worth the wait, though, I promise!”

Kate loved living in the master-planned community of Summerlin, and the convenience of living and working in Downtown Summerlin played a big role in her happiness. From the miles of hiking and biking trails to the endless amenities and beautiful views of the Red Rock Mountains, there was always something to love about Summerlin. The community was well-planned and organized, with a wide variety of housing options and a strong sense of community.

Kate absolutely loved being able to walk to work, the gym, and all of her favorite shops and restaurants, and she loved the sense of security and comfort that came with living in a well-maintained, upscale neighborhood. Overall, Kate couldn’t imagine living anywhere else and was grateful for the opportunity to call Summerlin home.
