OQP Latest Inventory

For today’s blog I’m going to keep it to a simple, quick look at the latest One Queensridge Place condos listed on the resale market. As of October 18th, 2002, there were 12 condominium properties listed ranging in price from $895,000 to $13,900,000. In comparison, in early September, there were 15 resales available ranging in price from $925,000 to $4,999,987. Back in July, there were 14 listings.

Lowest Amount Of Units In Months

Looking back over my last several One Queensridge Place reports, inventory has held study for the last several months. Since the low mark of 8 listings in May 2nd, 2022 (at the start of the correction), inventory has ranged as high as 15 to as low as 12 (what we see today). As a guard-gated community, OQP is arguably the finest high-rise in all of Nevada. From the stone work to the world-class services, it truly is a spectacular campus.
