Today, I want to share details (as well as the latest inventory) about one of the most luxurious and magnificent communities in the valley, One Queensridge Place. Before I get started, let’s take a look at the latest condos listed for sale on the resale market.
Latest Listings
As of early February 2023, per the MLS, there were a total of just 6 listings for sale in the two buildings. Prices ranged between $925,000 and $13,900,000. There was only one unit priced above the $4,250,000 million mark. The unit for $13.9 is one of only four “Crown Penthouses” in total (only one resale). Basically, if you removed the “Crown Penthouse”, prices range from $925,000 to $4,250,000.
The last time I did an update for One Queensridge Place inventory was in October of 2022. Back then, there was TWICE the amount of inventory (12 units). And in September, there were 15 resales (almost triple the inventory of early 2023).
