One Queensridge Place Listings
As of early September 2022 there were 15 condos for sale at the luxury development of One Queensridge Place. Located just outside of Summerlin, per the MLS, the 15 One Queensridge Place listings ranged from $925,000 to $4,999,987. Compared to my July 2022 update, there was 14 listings at that time. Out of the 15 units currently for sale:
- There were 2 resale listings under the $1 million mark
- 9 listings were priced between $1+ million and $3- million
- 2 units were listed between $3+ and $4- million dollars
- 2 units were priced over $4 million
The Las Vegas Real Estate Market
As we head into the fall season it will be interesting to see if inventory levels off. Beginning in late spring inventory levels began to rise. According to some stats, the market change has slowed. However, it’s far too early to tell exactly what is going on. What I can say is that sellers have faced a MAJOR wake-up call.
