With the input of local planners, engineers, and architects. The developers of these communities will consider factors like location, environment, cultural heritage, and aesthetic design. Once the local government approves the development plan, builders can begin constructing the homes, roads, and other facilities. What Is The Cost Of Living Like?
It typically ranges from moderate to high. These communities are often more expensive than other neighborhoods due to their quality-of-life amenities. However, their convenience can be worth the extra cost. As an example residents of Summerlin love being able to head over to Downtown Summerlin to catch a baseball game at Las Vegas Ballpark.
What Are The Main Downsides?
For many, it’s all the rules. Since all the homes and amenities are typically part of one development, some people may find it too restrictive. Additionally, these communities’ living costs can be higher than other neighborhoods. The HOAs can be costly and strict. And while this is great for your neighborhood staying nice, some people dislike that they have rules about what they can and can’t do. On the flip side, this is what keeps neighborhoods so nice. In many cases raising property values faster than in non-masterplans.
What Is The Social Scene Like?
IMO, social is one of the best perks! Social scenes are typically very active. Many communities will host events, clubs, and activities that unite residents. Additionally, the amenities provided by these communities often offer many opportunities for socializing and recreation. Residents typically report having fun attending community events such as outdoor plays, concerts, and art fairs.
