One Listing In The Summit Club

Over the last several months, real estate listing inventory in Las Vegas has gone up. This isn’t unique to Sin City, it’s happening all over the country. With that said, as of July 27, 2022 there was one condo listing in the guard-gated Summerlin community of The Summit Club. According the the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), this listing was a 2,862 square foot luxury condominium listed at $13,500,000. The list price of this unit was approx. $4,717 per square foot. The current days on market was 300. While expensive sounding, the real estate in The Summit is some of the most coveted in all of Nevada.
