Located in Summerlin, Reverence sits at 3,200 feet above sea level. Because of this, it offers vast views of the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding mountains. Thanks to its higher elevation, it also enjoys cooler temperatures (a true plus in Nevada’s desert climate). Covering 300 acres west of the 215 Beltway, Reverence is nestled at the mountain base between West Lake Mead Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue. No future development is planned west of Reverence. The Heights at Reverence is a luxury guard-gated section with 480 homes across seven neighborhoods. Residents of these neighborhoods get exclusive access to the 16,000-square-foot Reverence Clubhouse. The neighborhoods within the guard-gate include: Ascension, Canyonside, Copperhead, Granite Hills, The Peaks, The Point, and The Terrace. Other neighborhoods outside the guard-gated area include Hillcrest and Keystone. Additional, Monument at Reverence offers townhome residences.

Reverence Clubhouse

The Reverence Clubhouse is built for luxurious relaxation. It includes a resort-style pool, lap pool, volleyball area, spa, fitness center, and pickleball courts. The Clubhouse offers panoramic views of the mountains and the Las Vegas Strip. It as an ideal spot for gatherings. Access to the Clubhouse is reserved for residents within the guard-gated community of The Heights at Reverence.
