As we put the finishing touches on the ‘launch version’ of LuxeVegasLifestyles.com, we wanted to update you that home inventory across Vegas, including Summerlin, remains low. How low? So low that many agents are having a hard time getting listings.

While We Don’t Hype Markets…

…data across several states continues to demonstrate low real estate inventory. What’s going on? Perhaps it’s the low interest rates, the exodus from California and other major states highly affected by the pandemic, a combo of both, or something else.
