As of March, 31, 2022, per the MLS, there were Summerlin townhomes available for rent. Out of the 10:
- Rental prices ranged from $2,250 to $5,900
- Average Days On Market was 38.5
- 3 were under $2,500
- 4 were above $4,000
Las Vegas Real Estate
As of this writing the overall Las Vegas real estate market continues to see historically low inventory.
