As of March, 31, 2022, per the MLS, there were Summerlin townhomes available for rent. Out of the 10:

  • Rental prices ranged from $2,250 to $5,900
  • Average Days On Market was 38.5
  • 3 were under $2,500
  • 4 were above $4,000
