The Cliffs & The Mesa
As of mid September 2022 there were a total of four single family detached homes for sale in the Summerlin villages of The Cliffs and The Mesa. Out of the four SFR residences two were located in The Cliffs and two were located in The Mesa. With Summerlin being broken into different villages, I enjoy doing inventory updates for them (see my recent inventory update for The Vistas below). Out of the four properties for sale in The Cliffs and The Mesa:
- Prices ranged from $310,000 to $1,350,000
- Square footages ranged from 1,396 square feet to 2,593 square feet
- Average price per square foot was $317.75
