Here in the first week of July 2024, we’re taking a fresh look at The Ridges’ single-family home market. Just back in May, I examined the data for this luxurious community, and now it’s time to see how things have evolved. Back then, the price range for homes in The Ridges was between $2,450,000 and $22,450,000, with an average list price of $7,323,245. Homes ranged from 3,562 to 14,518 square feet in living space, averaging around 6,689 square feet. Lot sizes varied from 6,970 to 49,658 square feet, with the average being about 19,624 square feet. Most homes had between 3 to 7 bedrooms and 7 to 16 bathrooms, with an average of 4.6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The price per square foot ranged from $649 to $1,862, averaging $1,002.70.
