Hi everyone, enjoying the weekend’s NFL playoffs? As I write this blog, the Eagles are headed to the Super Bowl. And the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Kansas City Chiefs game is tied! Having said that, there’s TOO MUCH going on in the world of Las Vegas real estate to watch football all day. In late August 2022, there were 31 units for sale ranging in price from $325,000 to $2,750,000. At the time, that was two less listings than another update I had done in June 2022. And again, inventory has gone down a tad.
