Veer Towers Condo Listings Update

Out of the three primary true residential high-rise condo buildings on the Las Vegas Strip, Veer Towers is special. Built in 2007, the two 37-story leaning buildings consist of approx. 670 residential condominium units. With a location in the multi-billion-dollar MGM MIRGAGE CityCenter, Veer Towers condos sit above The Crystals retain and entertainment hub. As with all inventory in Las Vegas and Henderson, the number of listings in the valley is way up. With that said, there’s actually two less listings in this month’s update as compared to my June 2022 update. Regardless, 31 listings is a fair amount of inventory. Out of the 31 Veer Towers condos for sale in late August 2022, prices ranged from $325,000 to $2,750,000.

This direct-Strip project features a rooftop pool with direct views towards the famous Las Vegas Strip. The property also enjoys a recreation room, BBQ, fitness center, valet parking and more. Located next to ARIA Resort & Casino and near the Cosmopolitan there’s plenty to do. The condo properties in these two buildings range from approx. 537 sq. ft. to 3,412 sq. ft. for the larger penthouses. The architecture is quite stunning and world class.
