Summerlin Village Update

As the market continues to change, I remain committed to providing continued inventory updates for different areas across Las Vegas and Henderson. Today we take a look at the Summerlin Village of The Willows. Located in the 89135 zip code, The Willows Village was developed in 1997 as a 731-acre mixed-use residential area. Consisting of several schools and parks, The Willows is also home to the guard-gated community of Willow Creek.

As of late September 2022, there were approx. four single family listings for sale in The Willows. Out of the four properties found in the Multiple Listing Service, prices ranged from $549,999 to $2,100,000. The average price per square foots was approx. $423. The average days on market was approx. 81 days.
