The last time I did an update for The Ridges in Summerlin was in November 2022. Back then, there were 33 homes for sale in The Ridges. The 33 homes ranged in price from $1,764,950 to $11,999,000.

As of March 1st, 2023 there are 39 homes on the market ranging in price from $889,995 to $11,999,000. Out of all the listing5s, 8 were priced $1.5 million and under. Additionally, out of the 39 listings on the MLS, 6 were priced at $7.5 million and up.
