Good Living
Perkins Eastman, a big-name architecture firm, teamed up with One Line Design Studio for the interiors and FLOOR Associates for the outdoor areas to create Cello Tower, a real standout in the city. This building is pretty tall, with 32 floors, and it’s packed with 240 condo residences. If you’re really looking to splurge, there are eight penthouses that are super swanky and have some of the best views you can get of Las Vegas and the surrounding mountains. When you enter Cello Tower, it aims to feel high end and comfy. The condos will be roomy, with high ceilings that make them feel even more open, which is something you don’t see much in the middle of a city. The big windows let in a ton of natural light and let you take in those amazing views. The kitchens will be top-notch for people who like to cook or throw dinner parties, with big islands and appliances that make you want to cook all day. The decor has a warm, inviting vibe, taking cues from the desert around Vegas. The main bedrooms are like mini retreats, with huge closets and bathrooms that’ll make you feel like you’re at a nice spa.
The penthouses will offer the NEXT LEVEL of luxe. With their own special views, huge windows, and extra-high ceilings? You will feel like you’re living in a palace in the sky. But Cello Tower isn’t just about the residences; it’s got a ton of extra stuff, like a big lounge, a pool that could be at a resort, and a really modern gym and wellness center, all designed to make living there even better. Cello Tower is part of Origin at Symphony Park, so it’s easy to access all kinds of shops, restaurants, and places to have fun, plus the private sidewalks of Symphony Park. It’s a slice of luxury right in the heart of the action in Las Vegas.

Would You Like To Reserve A Unit?
If you’d like to reserve a condo residence at Origin at Symphony Park’s Cello Tower, please check out my main Cello Tower page here. Currently, the developer has formed a unit-specific interest list (with about 40% of the condominiums spoken for). The developer recently announced they will start taking refundable 10k deposits next. Featuring 32 stories and approx. 240 units, this is a big project for the city of Las Vegas. As I mentioned earlier, this is the first true residential high-rise to be built in Sin City in 10 years. With that said, I’m here to answer any questions you may have about Symphony Park and the Origin project as a whole. Thank you for reading.
