Home Listings In The Ridges As Of Early August

As of early August 2022, there were approx. 44 luxury homes listings on the resale market in Summerlin’s guard-gated community of The Ridges. Prices ranged from $1,150,000 to $12,000,000. As a comparison to past inventory updates I’ve done for The Ridges, there we 27 listings in late June and only 12 on February. These numbers show how much the market has changed.
