Veer Towers Condo Listing Inventory – April 2022
Per the MLS, as of mid April 2022, there were 25 luxury condos for sale at Veer Towers. When it comes to true residential high-rise condominiums on the Las Vegas Strip, there’s only 3 projects: Veer Towers, Waldorf Astoria, and Sky Las Vegas. Cosmopolitan, Trump Tower, and Vdara are condo hotel developments, not residential. Additionally, contrary to popular belief, Turnberry Place and Regency Towers are NOT Las Vegas Strip locations. With that said, out of the 25 Veer listings on the Multiple Listing Service:
- Listing prices ranged from $345,000 to $5,500,000
- Average current days on market: 26
- Average listing price: $953,560.00
- One property was listed above $3 million
- 9 properties were listed between $1 and $2 million
Las Vegas Strip Condos
