Four Seasons Begins Purchase And Sales Agreement Phase
Hello everyone! I, Lynn Stringer, am thrilled to announce that the Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas has entered into the purchase and sales agreement phase of the project. This is the first high-rise project to be built in Las Vegas (Henderson) since the 2008 housing crisis. Additionally, this phase of sales marks the beginning of hard contracts. That means reservation time is over. Prospective buyers will now be required to put down non-refundable deposits. For anyone wondering what the deposit schedule looks like feel free to call me at 702-592-9841.
